If I snap the slider shut on my Go Plus lid after taking a sip, a little bit of coffee splashes. How do I keep that from happening?

A very small amount of coffee can pool on or around the lid after the user takes a sip. If you snap the slider closed very quickly, that little bit of coffee may splash. You can avoid the splashing by closing the slider slowly and gently.

The slider on my Go Plus lid won't open far enough. What’s wrong?

A very small number of Go Pluses had their magnetic slider installed upside down. However, there's an easy fix. As the slider is held on with a magnet, simply remove the slider, turn it the other way, and pop it back on. See here for an image showing

Will my AeroPress Original, Premium, Go or Clear fit inside the Go Plus tumbler?

In order to ensure two critical functional design aspects for the Go Plus, it was not possible to fit an AeroPress Original, Premium, Go or Clear in the Go Plus tumbler. First, in order for the Go Plus to be cup holder compatible, it needed to have a
