The slider on my Go Plus lid won't open far enough. What’s wrong?Updated 24 days ago

A very small number of Go Pluses had their magnetic slider installed upside down. However, there's an easy fix. As the slider is held on with a magnet, simply remove the slider, turn it the other way, and pop it back on. See here for an image showing how the slider should be oriented.
